Maya just wrote about the Swedish tradition of Midsummer celebrations. We in Norway celebrate it on the 23rd of June, we call it St. Hans Eve, we light big bonfires and eat good food. But it doesnt mean we are not awAre of the Swedish celebrations, dancing around a pole (idolization??). Just watch this nice video. It's a commercial for playing the lottery in Norway, where the pot this particular time was on 20 million Norwegian kroner, which is about 3000...something dollars.
The song roughly translates like this:
What the heck are we doing here?
We should go there!
Cause in Norway they have a pot on 20 million!
In Norway one can win 20 million in the lottery!
While we are just dancing around a pole..HEY!
Gotta love the Swedes, you are cute. But we got the cash! :-)

Damn you, you're right! A nurse in Norway earns like a doctor in Sweden. Too funny though! ;)
lol!
Well, nurses do know more about the patient than doctors! ;p And they work three times as hard!
Completely agree with you Ellen! (My mumn's a nurse).
