My passport and I have travelled between Norway and Ghana and Tanzania quite a few times since I first got it 10 years ago. Well, this year it was over. I had to get a new one, and the police lady made two holes throughout my whole passport! But at least I got to keep it, and I figured out a way to remember all my journeys that have left exquisite stamps and stickers in my passport.
The pic is not so good, but my travels hangs in a frame in my apartement. I like.
Nursery school teacher who has been flying back and forth between Northern Norway and Western Africa for the past 7 years, but now settled in Norway indefinitely, with my Ghanaian husband. I try to put my experiences into words to please family, friends and strangers. And because writing is fun. For Norwegian readers (and Swedish and Danish), check out my 'Norwegian version of it all'!

That's beautiful and creative!
I carry my old passports, like most Ghanaians, with me when I travel. Why - I really don't know. Anyone?
I have no idea why you do that :-)
Brilliant idea, Yngvild. Reminiscing is good.
Thanks Nana Yaw! Nice to have some people on my blog again... gotta write!
