Not wanting to dissent, I do not think this is Sharia law. I think it is a case of somebody trying to exploit/extort from the uncivilised / uncouth behaviour of others. Whoever wrote that (and is threatening to stone people to death) is not the law. This is a reprehensible reaction to a reprehensible act, but I do not think it is Sharia or any other kind of law except maybe the law of the jungle. Lol.
